How to connect properties to offices automatically in Presence®

How to configure the Office Details page to automatically display properties assigned to agents in that office.

Overview

When a property is assigned to an agent who is linked to an office, it can automatically appear in the property grid on that office's detail page. This requires adding a property element with the Dynamic Page Resource option enabled on the Office Details page.

How to set it up

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to select the Office Details page.
  4. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
  5. Hover between elements where you want the property feed to appear and click the + icon.
  6. Select a property element — the Property Grid element is recommended.
  7. In the left-hand settings panel, enable the Dynamic Page Resource option.
  8. Click Save.

How automatic population works

Once the element is configured:

  • Properties assigned to an agent — any property linked to an agent associated with an office will automatically appear in that office's property grid
  • New agents added to an office — when a new agent is added to an office, any properties already assigned to that agent will also appear in the office's property grid automatically

Changes are reflected after the page refreshes.

FAQs

What does "Dynamic Page Resource" mean?

Enabling Dynamic Page Resource tells the property element to pull listings dynamically based on the context of the page — in this case, the specific office being viewed. Without it enabled, the element won't automatically populate with office-specific properties.

Does this work for all property elements or only the Property Grid?

The feature works with property elements generally, but the Property Grid is the recommended element for displaying office listings. Other property elements may also support the Dynamic Page Resource option.

What if properties aren't appearing after I set this up?

Confirm that Dynamic Page Resource is enabled in the element's settings, that the properties are assigned to agents, and that those agents are linked to the correct office. If the grid is still empty after refreshing, contact our support team:
