Support for custom HTML, embed codes, and scripts varies by website template in Presence®. Some templates allow you to add custom code directly in the Website Builder — others require developer involvement or use alternative self-service options. This article explains what's available and how to get results on any template.

What custom code options are available

Tracking pixels and analytics scripts

You can add tracking pixels and analytics scripts — such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Follow Up Boss, and others — site-wide through two methods:

• Global Scripts — for any custom JavaScript or script that applies across all pages. See [How to add custom scripts and tracking codes to your Presence® website]

Both methods work on all templates.

Third-party embeds (iframes)

On most templates, you can embed third-party content — such as forms, maps, videos, or interactive tools — by adding a Custom Content section in the Website Builder and pasting the embed code provided by the third-party tool.

Raw HTML and custom page sections

Some templates do not support self-service raw HTML injection in the page builder. If you don't see a Custom Content or HTML section when adding a new section in the Website Builder, your template does not support this directly.

Self-service alternatives for lead capture and content hosting

If your template doesn't support raw HTML and your goal is to host lead magnets, landing pages, or forms, these built-in options work on all templates:

How do I know if my template supports custom HTML?

If you don't see a Custom Content or HTML section when adding a new section in the Website Builder, your template does not support self-service raw HTML. Contact our support team to confirm what's available for your specific template and to explore developer-assisted options.

Can I embed a JotForm or other third-party form on my website?

On templates that support iframes, yes — use the embed code provided by JotForm or your form tool and add it via a Custom Content section. On templates without iframe support, use Presence®'s built-in form options instead. Contact support if you're unsure what your template supports.

I need to upload a PDF for visitors to download — what's the easiest way?
