How to connect Rechat CRM to Presence®

How to integrate Rechat CRM with the Presence® Platform to automatically sync leads and activity between both systems.

Overview

Connecting Rechat to Presence® automatically syncs new leads and their activity between the two platforms. When a new lead is created in Presence®, a corresponding People record is created in Rechat almost instantly. Subsequent lead activity is also synced to keep both systems current.

How to connect Rechat

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select Settings from the menu.
  4. Click CRM Integrations from the left-hand navigation.
  5. Click Add New in the top-right corner.
  6. Name the integration Rechat.
  7. Select Rechat from the vendor dropdown.
  8. Enter your Lead Capture ID.
  9. Click Save.

How to find your Lead Capture ID in Rechat: Navigate to your profile in Rechat → Lead Routing → Connect Source → select your source → copy the Access Key (API).

Lead routing and assignment

The integration supports the following routing and assignment rules within Rechat:

  • Assign leads from specific form types to designated team members
  • Assign leads for properties or developments to the listing agent(s)
  • Assign leads from agent detail pages to the respective agent

Note: Not all Rechat routing rules are fully supported. The capabilities listed above are confirmed to work with this integration.

How leads appear in Rechat

Leads imported from Presence® are automatically tagged as Lead, Website in Rechat so agents can identify where the lead came from. The source details are also visible under the lead's details in Rechat.
