Do I need to upload an image for every testimonial in Presence®?

No. An image is not required for testimonials. If no image is added, the field is simply left blank on your website — no placeholder or broken image will appear.

If you do want to add an image, most agents use their logo rather than a client photo. Save the logo file with a name like "testimonial" so it's easy to find in the Media Gallery when adding new testimonials.

How to add an image to a testimonial

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Testimonials.
3. Open the testimonial you want to update.
4. Click the image field and select or upload your image from the Media Gallery.
5. Click Save.
