How to grant the Luxury Presence team user access to your Domains.com account for domain setup and support.

Sharing access to your Domains.com account allows the Luxury Presence team to manage domain settings, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot issues directly — without requiring you to be available for every change.

How to grant access

1. Log in to your account at domain.com/my-account/login.
2. If prompted to create a PIN, you can skip this step and proceed to the dashboard.
3. In the dashboard, click the user icon and select Users & Roles from the dropdown.
4. Click Add User on the right side of the screen.
5. In the pop-up window, enter the following:
   • Name: Luxury Presence
   • Email: lpaccess@luxurypresence.com
   • Role: Tech
6. Click Invite.
7. Let our support team know once you've sent the invite so we can confirm access and proceed with setup.

Note: Delegating access gives Luxury Presence access to all domains or specific domains in your account, depending on your preferences during setup.

FAQs

What email should I use for Domains.com?

Use lpaccess@luxurypresence.com for Domains.com.

Important: This is a different email than the one used for most other domain providers (domainaccess@luxurypresence.com). Make sure to use the correct email for Domains.com to ensure our team receives access.
