How do I Create Notes and Saved Searches for a Contact in the Mobile App?

The Notes tab lets you create and manage internal notes about your interactions with a contact, and the Searches tab lets you create and manage saved property searches that send listing alerts to the contact. Both features are accessible from any contact profile in the Luxury Presence mobile app.

1. Open the contact profile
2. Tap the Notes tab
3. Tap the Add a note field at the top
4. Type your note
5. Tap Submit (appears when you start typing)

The note saves immediately and appears in the timeline below. Your name and the current time are automatically added to the note.

All notes display in the Notes tab in chronological order with the newest notes first. The notes timeline shows:

• Creator avatar and name — Shows "You" for your notes or the agent's name for notes created by others
• Timestamp — Relative time (e.g., "2 hours ago")
• Note title — First line of the note if a title is present
• Note body preview — Shortened version of the content

Notes are connected by a vertical timeline line, and date dividers group notes by day.

To view a full note: Tap any note in the timeline. A detail modal opens showing the complete title and body.

Notes load 5 at a time. Scroll to the bottom to automatically load more.

1. Open the contact profile
2. Tap the Searches tab
3. Tap the floating "+" button in the bottom right
4. The system validates that the contact has an email or phone number
5. If missing, you'll be prompted to add email or phone first
6. If present, the search creation screen opens

On the search creation screen:

• Title — Name the search (auto-suggests based on contact name)
• Map preview — Adjust the map to define the search area
• Area in view — Toggle to search within the visible map area
• Filters — Set criteria (price, beds, baths, square footage, property type, etc.)
• Alert frequency — Choose Instant, Daily, Weekly, or Never
• Share with — Contact is pre-selected (you can add more recipients)
• Personal note — Add a message to send with the search

Tap "Save and share" when ready. The search appears in the Searches tab immediately, and the contact receives listing alerts based on the frequency you selected.
