How does the mobile app sync with my third-party CRM?

How contacts, lead activity, and notes from the app sync — or don't — with a connected third-party CRM.

Overview

If you've connected a third-party CRM (such as Follow Up Boss, Rechat, or Lofty) to your website, certain activity from the Luxury Presence Mobile App and your website syncs to that CRM automatically. Other activity — including manually added contacts and in-app notes — does not sync at all.

Note: This is specifically about third-party CRM integrations. If you only use AI CRM — Luxury Presence's built-in CRM — this doesn't apply to you, since your mobile app activity is already part of AI CRM directly. Why don't contacts I manually add in the app show up in my CRM?

Manually added contacts — whether entered in the mobile app or the dashboard — do not sync to your third-party CRM. This applies to lead activity like form submissions and MLS activity (saved searches, favorited listings, account signups), which do sync automatically, but not to contacts you add by hand.

Does saving a search or favoriting a listing in the app sync to my CRM?

Yes. MLS activity like saved searches, favorited listings, and account signups syncs to your connected third-party CRM whether it happens in the mobile app or on your website.

Why doesn't all app activity appear in my CRM?

Only specific activity types sync — website form submissions and MLS activity (saved searches, favorites, signups). App-specific interactions like collaboration comments and in-app notes stay within the app and dashboard and don't sync to external CRM systems. Data from before your CRM integration was set up also doesn't sync retroactively.
