Overview

The Request a Tour button appears on individual property pages in your Home Search experience. Visitors can request an in-person or virtual tour, select their preferred date and time, and submit their contact information — all without leaving your site.

What visitors see

When a visitor clicks Request a Tour on a property page, they can:

  • Choose between an in-person or virtual tour
  • Select their preferred date and time
  • Submit their contact information

What you receive

When a tour request is submitted, you'll receive:

  • The property the visitor is interested in
  • Their preferred tour type (in-person or virtual)
