Neighborhood pages display community-specific content — listings, demographics, descriptions, and media — all in one place. This article covers how to edit content for a specific neighborhood and troubleshoot common display issues.

How to edit a specific neighborhood

Each Neighborhood Detail page uses a shared layout template — changes to the layout affect all neighborhood pages. To update content for a single neighborhood (description, images, video, tags, map boundary), edit the neighborhood record directly in the CMS:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Neighborhoods.
3. Use the search bar to find the neighborhood, or click it from the list.
4. Make your updates and click Save.

Troubleshooting: demographics not displaying

If demographic data is missing or not showing on a neighborhood page:

1. Open the neighborhood in Content → Neighborhoods.
2. Scroll to the Demographics & Map section.
3. Verify that a valid address is entered in the map input field.
4. Click Draw on the map and redraw the neighborhood boundary.
5. Click Save.
