How to sync RealSatisfied testimonials to your website in Presence®

How to connect RealSatisfied to automatically pull approved testimonials into your Presence® website.

Overview

Luxury Presence integrates with RealSatisfied to automatically sync approved client testimonials to your website every two hours. Agents control which testimonials are approved in RealSatisfied before they appear on the site.

How to set up the RealSatisfied integration

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Connected Accounts.
5. Under RSS Feeds, click + Add Feed.
6. Select Real Satisfied from the dropdown.
7. Select Single agent.
8. Follow the instructions in RealSatisfied to retrieve your Agent Vanity Key and enter it in the field.
9. Select the agent from the dropdown.
10. Click Save.

Testimonials won't appear immediately — they sync during the next update cycle, which runs every two hours.

Important notes

• Approval required — agents must approve testimonials in RealSatisfied before they sync to the website
• No individual sync toggle — you can't toggle individual testimonials on or off in Presence®. Control which testimonials appear by approving or disapproving them in RealSatisfied
• Duplicate management — the initial sync pulls all testimonials, including older ones. If you've been adding testimonials manually, review and remove duplicates after setup

FAQs

Why aren't my testimonials showing after setup?

Testimonials sync every two hours. If they haven't appeared yet, wait for the next sync cycle. Also confirm the Agent Vanity Key was entered correctly.

Can I prevent a specific testimonial from syncing?

Not via a toggle in Presence®. Control which testimonials appear by approving or disapproving them directly in RealSatisfied.

What happens to testimonials I added manually before setting up the integration?

All RealSatisfied testimonials — including older ones — are pulled in during the initial sync. Review your testimonials list and remove any duplicates that were previously added manually.
