How the AnywhereRE / Dash integration works and what to expect from the setup process.

Overview

The AnywhereRE / Dash Roster Import is a one-way integration that automatically syncs roster data — agents, teams, and offices — from AnywhereRE / Dash into Luxury Presence. Data updates twice daily, keeping your roster aligned with your brokerage's source of truth.

Important: This integration must be set up and managed by the Luxury Presence team. Clients cannot add or edit this integration directly.

Who can use this integration

  • Corcoran franchisees — available now
  • Other AnywhereRE brands — contact your Luxury Presence representative to coordinate setup with AnywhereRE

What is and isn't included

Included:

  • Agent, team, and office details — names, bios, headshots, phone numbers, and email addresses

Not included:

  • Listings, leads, and transaction data
  • Custom fields

Data flow: One-way only — data syncs from Dash into Luxury Presence. No data is sent back to Dash.

Sync frequency: Automatically updates approximately every 12 hours (twice daily).

Before setup: remove manual duplicates

Before the integration begins syncing, the Luxury Presence team recommends removing any manually added agents, teams, or offices from your account. Once the integration is active, Dash data will populate those records — and any existing manual entries can create duplicates.

Note: Agent home addresses are not imported — only office addresses are pulled from Dash.

Troubleshooting

Changes in Presence® keep reverting

If edits made directly in Luxury Presence keep reverting, the integration is overwriting them during the next scheduled sync. To make lasting changes, update the information in Dash — your Luxury Presence site will reflect those updates after the next sync (within approximately 12 hours).

FAQs

Why can't I set up this integration myself?

The AnywhereRE / Dash integration requires coordination with AnywhereRE and must be configured by the Luxury Presence team. Contact your Client Success Manager or our support team to get started.

How long does it take for changes in Dash to appear in Luxury Presence?

Changes sync approximately every 12 hours. If you've made an update in Dash and it hasn't appeared yet, wait for the next scheduled sync. If it still hasn't updated after 24 hours, contact our support team.

Can I use this integration if I'm not a Corcoran franchisee?

The integration is currently available for Corcoran franchisees. If you're with another AnywhereRE brand, contact your Luxury Presence representative to discuss whether setup can be coordinated with AnywhereRE.
