How to share your listing feed in Zillow format in Presence®

How to generate and share a Zillow-format listing feed for third-party portals that require it.

Overview

Some third-party portals and publishers — such as the Wall Street Journal — require listings to be submitted in Zillow's feed format. Luxury Presence supports this format directly alongside standard XML and JSON feeds.

Note: Listing Feeds is available to all accounts, but only Admin users can access it.

What's included in the Zillow format feed

The Zillow format feed includes the same data as the standard XML and JSON feeds:

  • Active listings with a status of For Sale, Pending, Coming Soon, Under Contract, or Active Under Contract
  • Agent data associated with the feed
  • Office data from your CMS (if applicable)

Not included: password-protected properties and properties without an assigned agent.

How to share your listing feed in Zillow format

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Listing Feeds in the left-hand menu.
  3. Click the feed you want to share.
  4. Click Share Feed.
  5. Select Zillow from the available format options alongside XML and JSON.

Note: Feed links are generated after the first syndication runs. Syndication happens every 24 hours — it may take up to one day before the link is available.

How often does the feed update?

The feed syndicates every 24 hours. Changes to your listings will be reflected in the feed after the next scheduled syndication.

Why isn't my feed link available yet?

Feed links are generated after the first syndication runs. If you've just set up or enabled a feed, wait up to 24 hours for the link to become available.

Which portals require the Zillow format?
