How to Share a Listing to a Listing Feed

Note: This article applies to standard Listing Feeds only, not Brokerage Listing Networks.

You can share a property with your Listing Feed in two ways:

• From the Listing Feeds tab

• When creating or editing a property in the Content tab

Option 1: Share from the Listing Feed Tab

1. Log in to the Presence™ Platform

2. Click the Listing Feeds tab

3. Select the feed where you want to share a property

4. Click Manage Properties

5. Use the search bar to find listings

6. Click to select properties you want to add (selected items will be highlighted or checked)

7. To remove a property, click it again to deselect

8. Sync all eligible properties (Optional)

   • When enabled, all properties within your account that meet the criteria of the listing feed will be auto-added to this Listing Feed.
   • Toggle Sync all eligible properties to activate

9. Click Save to confirm your changes

New properties will now be shared with the feed. Deselected ones will be removed.

Option 2: Share While Editing a Property

1. Log in to the Presence™ Platform

2. Click the Content tab

3. Select the property you want to manage

4. Ensure an agent is associated with the listing (required to share it)

5. Scroll to the Listing Feeds section

6. Choose which feeds to share the property to, or enable Auto Share

Using Auto Share (Optional)

• When enabled, Auto Share will send the property to all current and future feeds you join

• Toggle Auto Share to All Feeds to activate

7. Click Save in the top-right corner

Sharing properties to Listing Feeds helps increase exposure and keeps your network in sync. Choose manual or automated options based on your workflow.
