How to upload images from Dropbox or external storage to Presence®

How to download images from Dropbox or other external storage and upload them to your Luxury Presence website.

Overview

Presence® doesn't connect directly to Dropbox or other cloud storage services. To upload images from Dropbox, download the files to your computer first, then upload them through the Media Gallery in Presence®.

Three ways to access the Media Gallery

Option 1: From Settings

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Media Gallery.

Option 2: From the Website Builder

1. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
2. Use the page dropdown in the top-left corner to select the page you want to update.
3. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
4. Hover over the image you want to change and click the pen icon.
5. Click Upload Files in the Media Gallery.
6. Select your image and click Assign Selected.
7. Click Save.

Option 3: From Content sections

For agent images:

1. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Agents.
2. Click the agent's name.
3. Find the Primary Image or Banner Image field.
4. Hover over the existing image and click the trash can icon to remove it, then click the image block to open the Media Gallery.
5. Click Upload Files, select your image, and click Assign Selected.
6. Click Save.

For blog images:

1. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Blog Posts.
2. Click the blog post you want to update.
3. Click Manage All or Upload Images on the right side.
4. Click Upload Files, select your image, and click Assign Selected.
5. Click Save.

If Dropbox isn't opening correctly

• Save the file locally first — confirm the image is fully downloaded to your computer before uploading
• Check browser pop-up settings — ensure your browser isn't blocking downloads or pop-ups from Dropbox
• Try a different browser — switch to Chrome or Firefox if the current browser is causing issues

FAQs

Can I connect Dropbox directly to Presence®?

No. Presence® does not have a direct integration with Dropbox or other cloud storage services. Download your images to your computer first, then upload them through the Media Gallery.

Where else can I upload images in Presence®?

Most sections that include images — neighborhoods, developments, testimonials, press releases — have their own Manage All or image upload option within the CMS. The process is the same: click the upload area, select your file, click Assign Selected, and save.
