You can create a collaboration in advance — adding searches, listings, and notes — and invite the client later when you're ready. The original workflow of adding a client first is still available.

How to create a collaboration without a client

1. Open the Collaborations screen.
2. Tap the + button.
3. Fill in any relevant details for the collaboration.
4. Tap Continue without inviting at the bottom to skip adding a client now.
5. Tap Create Collaboration at the bottom to finish.

From within the collaboration, you can add saved searches, listings, notes, and vendors at any time. When you're ready to bring the client in, tap Add Client from within the collaboration.

Yes. The original workflow is still available — the option to continue without inviting is just an additional path for agents who prefer to set up the space first.
