How to add the Follow Up Boss pixel to your Luxury Presence website to track lead activity and form submissions.

Overview

Installing the Follow Up Boss tracking pixel on your Luxury Presence website enables detailed lead activity tracking — including form submissions, property views, page visits, and live visitor status indicators.

Note: The Follow Up Boss pixel only works if you have an active Follow Up Boss account. If you don't use FUB, consider alternative tracking options such as Facebook Pixel, Adroll, or Adwerx, or contact your CRM provider about their tracking pixel options.

How to install the pixel

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. Click the three-dots icon in the top-right corner next to Edit.
  4. Select Site Settings from the dropdown.
  5. Click Tracking IDs.
  6. Paste your Follow Up Boss Pixel ID in the dedicated field.
  7. Click Save.

How to verify the pixel is installed

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. Click the three-dots icon → Site Settings → Tracking IDs.
  4. Check the Follow Up Boss Tracking ID field — if it's filled in, the pixel is active.
