How tags and manual selections interact when configuring agent highlight sections on your website.

Overview

Agent highlight sections like "Agent of the Month" and "Featured Agents" are controlled by tags assigned to agents in Content → Agents. Manual selection overrides tag-based filtering — if an agent is manually selected in a section, tag changes won't take effect until the manual selection is removed.

How to update Agent of the Month each month

  1. Go to Content → Agents.
  2. Find last month's Agent of the Month and remove the month tag.

  4. Confirm no agent is manually selected in the Agent of the Month section — manual selection overrides tag-based filtering.

How to update Featured Agents

  1. Go to Content → Agents.
  2. Add the featured tag to agents you want displayed.
  3. Remove the featured tag from agents who should no longer appear.

Changes take effect automatically — no need to update the section in the Website Builder.
