How to save and edit searches within a collaboration in the Luxury Presence Mobile App

How to create, edit, and delete saved searches from the Search tab, a contact profile, or within a collaboration.

Overview

Saved searches keep clients aligned with the latest listings that match their criteria. You can create a saved search from three places in the app depending on where you are.

How to save a search

From the Search tab

1. Navigate to the Search tab (not Map view).
2. Tap Save Search in the bottom-right corner.
3. Select the save type:
   • Agent Search — saves the search for yourself
   • Client Search — saves the search to share with a client
4. If you selected Client Search, choose the contact you want to share it with.

The search will automatically appear in their collaboration.

From a contact profile

1. Go to the Contacts page and tap a contact.
2. Tap Set Up a Search.

The search is saved to their collaboration. This is also the starting point for inviting new clients to the app.

From within a collaboration

1. Open an existing collaboration.
2. Tap the + button at the bottom of the screen.
3. Select Save Search.

How to edit a saved search

1. Open the collaboration and tap the saved search.
2. Tap Edit in the top-right corner.
3. Adjust filters, location, or other criteria as needed.
4. Tap Save in the top-right corner.

How to delete a saved search

At the bottom of the Edit Search screen, tap Delete Search.

FAQs

Can I save the same search for multiple clients?

You'll need to save the search separately for each contact. When saving from the Search tab, you select one contact at a time.

What's the difference between saving a search from the Search tab vs. from a contact profile?

Both create a saved search in the client's collaboration. The Search tab approach starts from a search you've already configured on the map. The contact profile approach opens a fresh search setup and is also the entry point for sending a new client their first invitation to the app.

Where do saved searches appear for the client?

Saved searches appear in the Searches tab within the collaboration. Clients receive notifications based on their notification settings when new matching listings are found.
