How to add and remove property listings linked to a neighborhood in the Presence® Platform.

Overview

You can manually link specific property listings to any neighborhood in the CMS. Linked listings appear on the neighborhood's page on your website through neighborhood property elements.

How to add listings to a neighborhood

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Neighborhoods.
3. Use the search bar to find the neighborhood, or click it from the list.
4. Scroll to the Linked Content section and click Add.
5. Search for the property address and select the checkbox next to it.
6. Click Done in the bottom bar.

How to remove listings from a neighborhood

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Neighborhoods.
3. Use the search bar to find the neighborhood, or click it from the list.
4. Scroll to the Linked Content section and click Edit.
5. Select the listings you want to remove.
6. Click the trash can icon in the bottom bar.
7. Click Done to return to the neighborhood editor.

FAQs

Do linked listings appear automatically on the neighborhood page?

Linked listings appear on your website through neighborhood property elements in the Website Builder. If listings aren't displaying on the page, confirm that a property element is added to the Neighborhood Details page layout. Can I link the same property to multiple neighborhoods?

Yes. A property can be linked to more than one neighborhood. Repeat the add process in each neighborhood where you want the listing to appear.

Is there a difference between linking a listing manually and using the map boundary to auto-assign?

Yes. Manually linking a listing through Linked Content gives you direct control over which properties appear in a neighborhood regardless of location. Auto-assignment through the development map boundary is a separate feature that applies to developments, not neighborhoods. See [How to auto-assign properties to developments in Presence®].
