Overview

You can add, edit, or remove open house details for any property directly in the Presence® Platform. Editing open house information requires turning off Open Houses sync first — this allows manual edits without fully disconnecting MLS data for the listing.

How to add open house details

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
4. Scroll to the Open Houses section above the Price section.
5. Toggle off Open Houses sync.
6. Click Turn Off Sync in the confirmation pop-up.
7. Click + Add open house.
8. Enter the date and time for the open house.
9. Repeat + Add open house for each additional date and time.
10. Click Save in the top-right corner.

How to remove an open house

Click the X next to the open house entry you want to remove, then click Save.

FAQs

Does turning off Open Houses sync affect other MLS data for the listing?

No. Disabling Open Houses sync only allows manual editing of the open house fields. Other MLS data for the listing continues to sync normally.

Can I re-enable Open Houses sync after turning it off?

Yes. Return to the Open Houses section and toggle Open Houses sync back on. This will revert open house data to whatever is currently in the MLS and overwrite any manual entries.

What if the open house details synced from the MLS are incorrect?

Turn off Open Houses sync and manually enter the correct details. If the issue is in the MLS data itself, update it at the MLS level — the sync will reflect those changes if you re-enable it.
