How to restore a missing Instagram feed in Presence®

How to check your Instagram connection and restore a feed that has stopped displaying on your website.

Overview

Instagram connections in Presence® use tokens that renew automatically every 60 days. If your feed stops displaying, the token may not have renewed as expected. Follow the steps below to verify your connection status.

How to check a team or company Instagram connection

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select Settings from the menu.
  4. Click Connected Accounts.
  5. Under Social Accounts, locate the Connect Your Instagram Account section and verify that the token is active.

If the token has not renewed automatically, contact our support team to restore the connection.

How to check an agent's Instagram connection

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Agents.
  3. Use the search bar to find the agent, or click their name from the list.
  4. Scroll to the Social media connections section below the Social Media links section.
  5. Confirm that the Connect Your Instagram Account token is active.

If the token has not renewed automatically, contact our support team to restore the connection.

Why are some posts still missing even after restoring the connection?

Some posts may not appear due to Instagram API restrictions — posts containing copyrighted content or posts where other users are tagged may be excluded. These limitations are enforced by Instagram's policies and are outside Luxury Presence's control.
