How to add, update, and remove social media links on agent and team profiles in the Presence® Platform.

Overview

You can add social media links to any agent or team profile in Presence®. Links appear on the agent's or team's dedicated profile page and are managed directly through the CMS.

Supported platforms

You can add links to the following platforms:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • LinkedIn
  • TikTok
  • Twitter (X)
  • YouTube
  • Yelp
  • Zillow
  • Google Business Profile
  • Brokerage URL (agent's profile on their brokerage website)
  • Podcast link (Spotify, Apple Podcasts, or your podcast website)

You cannot add custom social platforms beyond this list.

How to add social media links to an agent profile

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Agents.
  3. Click the agent profile you want to edit.
  4. Scroll to the Social Media section, located below Contact Information.
  5. Enter the full URL for each platform you want to add.
  6. Click Save in the top-right corner.

Changes appear on the agent's profile page immediately.

How to add social media links to a team profile

Follow the same steps above, but navigate to Content → Teams and select the team profile you want to edit.

URL format

Always enter the complete URL — not just a username or handle.

Incorrect format examples:

Tip: Copy the URL directly from your browser's address bar when viewing your profile on each platform — this ensures you capture the complete, correct URL.

How to update an existing social media link

Navigate to Content → Agents or Content → Teams, open the profile, scroll to the Social Media section, update the URL, and click Save.

How to remove a social media link

Navigate to Content → Agents or Content → Teams, open the profile, scroll to the Social Media section, delete the URL from the field you want to remove (leave it blank), and click Save. The link will be removed from the website immediately.

Troubleshooting

Social media links not appearing on the website

  1. Check the URL format — confirm you entered the complete URL including https://. A username alone won't work
  2. Clear your browser cache — try viewing the profile in an incognito or private browsing window
  3. Confirm you clicked Save — return to the profile and verify the URLs are saved in the Social Media section

A social media link shows an error or doesn't work when clicked

  • Verify the URL is correct — paste it into a new browser tab to confirm it loads
  • Check for typos — even a missing slash or extra character will break the link
  • Confirm the profile is public — private social media profiles may not be accessible to website visitors
