Why neighborhood data isn't appearing on a property listing in Presence®

Overview

If neighborhood information — such as points of interest, schools, or market insights — is missing from a listing page, it's most likely because no neighborhood has been selected for that property.

How to add a neighborhood to a listing

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
4. Scroll to the Property & Area Details section.
5. In the Neighborhood dropdown, select the appropriate neighborhood.
6. Click Save.

Once saved, the listing page will automatically display local data for the selected neighborhood.

FAQs

What if the neighborhood I need isn't in the dropdown?

The dropdown only shows neighborhoods that have been added to your CMS. If the neighborhood isn't listed, add it first in Content → Neighborhoods. See [How to add a community/neighborhood to the CMS in Presence®].

The neighborhood is selected but data still isn't showing — what do I check?

Confirm the neighborhood has a valid location connected in its Map & Properties settings. Without a location, the neighborhood won't pull in local data. See [How to add neighborhood data elements to your website in Presence®].
