Every lead captured in Presence® is tagged with a lead source — the action the visitor took that created the contact record. Understanding the source helps you gauge intent, tailor your response, and prioritize follow-up more effectively.

Forced Lead Capture	Prompted to sign in through the Forced Registration Modal — commonly triggered by repeated property views
Newsletter Sign-Up	Opted into your email newsletter — typically seeking market updates or insights
Google Sign-On	Captured through a Google sign-in flow — often during account creation or property saves
New Account	Created an account on your Home Search Tool — indicates interest in browsing or saving listings

After a lead signs up through the Home Search Tool, they may be prompted to complete a short qualification form covering timeline, financing status, and whether they're working with an agent.
