What changed on the mobile app home screen?

The home screen is now a feed of property updates from saved searches, with client activity moved to the bell icon.

Important: This feature is only available in the Luxury Presence Mobile App. It doesn't change anything on the Home Search Tool or the Presence® Platform.

Overview

Your mobile app home screen now shows a feed of property updates drawn from saved searches — your own and your clients' — instead of your site's entire Multiple Listing Service (MLS) connection. Each card in the home screen feed shows who the property matches, and you can share it with the matched clients directly from the card. Client activity, which used to live on the home screen, now lives under the bell icon next to People updates.

Where did the activity tab go on the mobile app home screen?

Client activity moved off the mobile app home screen and into the bell icon, next to People updates. The list of activity itself hasn't changed — only where you find it. Moving it to the bell means it now carries its own badge, so you don't have to remember to check a separate tab for it.

What the mobile app home screen feed is built from

The mobile app home screen feed is built from saved searches — yours and your clients' — instead of your site's whole MLS connection. Every property in the home screen feed fell inside the range of at least one saved search, and each card tells you which search or searches it matched before you tap in.

• Matches your saved search — the property fell inside a search you created.
• Matches 4 buyers — the property fell inside searches created by four of your clients, shown with their avatars.

This version of the home screen feed shows that a property matched a search's overall criteria — it doesn't yet show which specific part of a buyer's criteria it matched.

---

Why is my mobile app home screen feed empty?

The mobile app home screen feed is built entirely from saved searches, so if neither you nor your clients have any saved searches, the feed has nothing to draw from. The empty state prompts you to create one. Saved searches are mostly created on desktop today, so create one on the Presence® Platform, then reopen the app — your home screen feed populates as soon as a matching property comes in.

---

What the mobile app home screen filters do

The mobile app home screen feed has two filters:

• Scope filter — narrows the feed to properties from searches you created, or searches your clients created. Filtering to one specific client isn't available in this version.
• Change-type filter — narrows the feed to all updates, new listings, price drops, price increases, or sold properties. All updates is the default, so a price drop on a house your buyer is watching stays visible instead of sitting behind new inventory.

How sharing from a card on the mobile app home screen works

You can share a property straight from its card in the mobile app home screen feed, without opening the property first. The share sheet that opens lists the clients the property matched first, so you can send it to the right person quickly. Once you share a property, it's recorded as shared — for anything sent outside the Presence® Platform, we record that you sent it, not whether your client opened it.
