Overview

The Brokerage Listing Network allows agents within the same brokerage to view, share, and manage on-market and off-market (private) listings in one centralized platform. It supports internal collaboration, discreet property marketing, and faster buyer matching.

How to access the Brokerage Listing Network

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Listing Network.
3. Select My Private Listings or use the On-Market tab to browse active listings.

Account setup requirements

Before using the Brokerage Listing Network, confirm the following:

• Your agent profile includes a license number and MLS ID in the CMS
• Your user account is linked to your agent profile — go to Settings → User Settings to confirm
• You have an active user account and individual login — accounts cannot be shared between users

Compliance

Private listings must remain within the brokerage to stay compliant with the Clear Cooperation Policy (CCP). Sharing private listings outside the network may violate compliance rules. Luxury Presence is not liable for compliance violations — always verify sharing permissions before distributing listing information.

Why isn't my listing showing in On-Market Listings?

Confirm the listing is active in the MLS and that your agent profile details in the CMS are correct — including license number and MLS ID.
