Overview

Listings that belong to other agents at your brokerage won't automatically sync to your Luxury Presence website. However, there are three ways to get them displayed, depending on your setup. Two options require help from our support team; one you can do yourself right now.

Your options at a glance

  • Manually add the listing — Self-serve. You enter the property details directly in the platform.
  • Connect an office ID — Requires support. Automatically pulls in all listings associated with your brokerage's office ID.
  • Use an MLS Properties Grid — Requires support. Pulls listings directly from the MLS using a specific MLS ID.

Option 1: Manually add the listing yourself

You can add any listing directly to your website by entering the property details in the Presence® Platform. This gives you full control over the content but requires manual data entry.

Option 2: Connect an office ID

If your brokerage has an office ID, the Luxury Presence support team can connect it to your account. Once connected, listings associated with that office will sync to your website automatically — no manual entry needed.

Can I sync listings from another agent at my brokerage automatically?

Listings from other agents at your brokerage don't sync automatically by default. To display them automatically, you'll need either an office ID connection or an MLS Properties Grid configured on your site — both require setup by the Luxury Presence support team. Alternatively, you can manually add individual listings yourself at any time.

An office ID is an identifier associated with your brokerage's office in the MLS system. When connected to your Luxury Presence account, it allows listings tied to that office to sync to your website automatically. An office ID connection syncs all listings associated with your brokerage's office automatically. An MLS Properties Grid pulls listings directly from the MLS based on a specific MLS ID you define — giving you more control over exactly which listings appear.
