What email performance data is available for saved search listing alert emails in the Presence® Platform, and how to track unsubscribes.

Overview

The Presence® Platform does not currently offer a built-in aggregate performance report for saved search listing alert emails. There is no dashboard showing open rates, click-through rates, or unsubscribe rates across all listing alert emails as a group. This article explains what data you can track today.

What you can track today

Unsubscribes

When a contact clicks Unsubscribe in a listing alert email, their preference is updated at the individual saved search level — not in a roll-up report. To check whether a specific contact has unsubscribed:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Contacts from the left-hand menu.
  3. Open the contact record.
  4. Click the Saved Searches tab to see whether listing alert notifications are enabled or disabled for that contact's searches.

Note: This article covers saved search listing alert emails — the automated emails sent when new listings match a contact's saved search criteria. A single aggregate count of subscribed contacts is not currently available in the Presence® Platform. You can review individual contact records to see each contact's saved search notification status, but there is no bulk summary report at this time.

Aggregate email send volume for saved search listing alerts is not currently available as a self-serve report in the Presence® Platform. Contact our support team if you need this information for a specific time period.

How do contacts unsubscribe from listing alert emails?
