Setup options

There are two ways to run both websites at the same time.

Option 1 — Separate domain

Keep your CRM website on its own separate domain while your Luxury Presence website runs on your primary domain. Both sites operate independently and your CRM features remain fully intact.

Option 2 — Subdomain (most common)

Connect your CRM website to a subdomain of your primary domain — for example:

• Your Luxury Presence site lives at yourwebsite.com
• Your CRM site lives at search.yourwebsite.com

To set this up, contact your CRM provider to obtain an A Record or CNAME, then share it with our support team — we'll complete the connection from there.

Tip: The subdomain setup is the most common configuration — it keeps your CRM search and alert features active while your Luxury Presence website serves as your primary site.
