Note: This guide covers both desktop and the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

This guide walks you through the essentials of getting started with the Presence® Platform: how to log in, what the main navigation looks like, how to access and set up the Luxury Presence Mobile App, and where to find live and on-demand training if you want a deeper walkthrough of any feature.

How to log in to your account

You access the Presence® Platform at app.luxurypresence.com. Your login credentials are the email address and password set up when your account was created. The Presence® Platform is accessible on both desktop and mobile browsers at app.luxurypresence.com — this is separate from the Luxury Presence Mobile App, which has its own login process covered later in this guide.

  1. Navigate to app.luxurypresence.com.
  2. Enter your email address in the Username field.
  3. Enter your password in the Password field.
  4. Click Log In.

Your username is your email address — not a separate username.

How to reset your password:

  1. On the login page, click Reset Your Password.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account.
  3. Click Submit.
  4. Check your inbox for a password reset link.
  5. Click the link and create a new password.
  6. Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.

If the reset email doesn't arrive, check your spam or junk folder, confirm you entered the correct email address, and wait 5–10 minutes. If it still hasn't arrived, request the reset link again or contact our support team.

Troubleshooting login issues:

  • "Invalid username or password" error — Confirm you're entering your email address, not a separate username. Passwords are case-sensitive — verify caps lock isn't on. Use the Reset Your Password link if needed.
  • Email address not recognized — Confirm you're using the email address your account was set up with. If you have multiple email addresses, try each one. If none work, contact our support team — your account may not be fully set up yet.
  • Account locked or access denied — Contact our support team; your account may need to be unlocked or reactivated.
  • Browser or technical issues — Clear your browser cache and cookies, try an incognito or private browsing window, try a different browser (Chrome is recommended), disable browser extensions like ad blockers temporarily, and confirm JavaScript is enabled.

Navigating the Presence® Platform

Once you're logged in, your left-hand navigation gives you access to every major area of the platform. What you see depends on your user role — Admins see the full navigation, while Members see a more limited set focused on their own content.

  • Dashboard — your account's home view
  • Actions — where AI CRM surfaces Smart Actions and follow-up recommendations
  • Collaborations — shared searches and properties you're collaborating on with clients
  • Contacts — your leads, clients, and other contacts in AI CRM
  • Listings — your active and archived property listings
  • Marketing — marketing tools and campaigns (Admin access only)
  • Websites — the Website Builder for your brand site, team subdomains, agent subdomains, and property websites
  • Content — Agents, Teams, Properties, Testimonials, Blog Posts, Neighborhoods, Developments, and Press (sections available depend on your role)
  • Presentations — CMAs and client presentations
  • Analytics — website and lead performance reporting (Admin access only)

How to access the Luxury Presence Mobile App

To access the Luxury Presence Mobile App, you need an active user account on your company's Presence® Platform. Any user with an Admin, Member, or Guest role can log in immediately using their email address or phone number.

How to log in:

  1. Open the Luxury Presence Mobile App.
  2. Tap I'm an agent.
  3. Select Email or Phone number.
  4. Enter your credentials and log in.

All users can log in with the email address associated with their user account. If a phone number is saved on your user profile, you can use it to log in instead — phone numbers are managed in Settings → Users in the Presence® Platform, so ask your account admin to add one if needed.

Why you should link your user to an agent profile. Linking your user account to an agent profile is strongly recommended. Without it, you won't see any data associated with your agent name in the app — including your listings, your leads, and any other content tied to your agent profile. Agent profile association is configured by an admin during user setup in Settings → Users. If your data isn't appearing in the app, ask your admin to confirm your user is linked to the correct agent profile.

If you don't have a user account yet, an admin on your team must create one — only Admin users can create and manage user accounts. Once the account is created, you can log in to the Luxury Presence Mobile App immediately.

Troubleshooting: can't access the app.

  • No user account — ask an admin to verify a user exists for you in Settings → Users.
  • Inactive account — inactive or deactivated users cannot log in; ask an admin to reactivate your account.
  • Wrong credentials — try logging in with your email address if phone number login isn't working.

Getting started with the mobile app

Once you're logged in, here's how to get comfortable with the Luxury Presence Mobile App before rolling it out to clients.

Step 1: Log in as an agent. Open the app, tap Log in as an agent, and enter your phone number to access your account. After logging in, you should see your MLS properties, filters, contacts, and activity synced with your account. If any of this information is missing, email mobileapp@luxurypresence.com to confirm your account is properly connected.

Step 2: Test collaboration before sharing with clients. Before inviting real clients, practice the collaboration flow with a friend or family member. Make sure your test contact is saved in your phone — if they don't appear in your dashboard, add them manually in the app first.

Step 3: Add a contact. Go to the Contacts page, tap the + in the top-right corner, and add the contact manually or import from your phone's contacts.

Step 4: Start a collaboration.

  1. Open the contact's profile.
  2. Tap Set Up a Search or Send a Property.
  3. Fill in search criteria or select a property.
  4. To collaborate with multiple people, tap Add People under Share With.
  5. Add a personal note in Add a Note — for example, "Welcome to my app!"
  6. Preview the invitation and tap Save & Share.

Step 5: What your client sees. Your contact receives an invitation by email or text. The link takes them to the app store to download the Luxury Presence Mobile App. After logging in, they'll see the search or property you shared.

Step 6: Practice engagement. Ask your test contact to like, dislike, and comment on listings. Watch how their activity appears in your collaboration view — this is what you'll see when real clients engage with shared content.

Step 7: Roll out to clients. Once you're comfortable with the flow, start sharing searches and properties with clients to boost engagement and stay connected to their home search activity.

What is my username for the Presence® Platform?

Your username is your email address — the one associated with your account. There is no separate username field.

Can I log in to the Presence® Platform on mobile?

Yes. The Presence® Platform is accessible via mobile browser at app.luxurypresence.com. For the best experience, Chrome is recommended. This is separate from the Luxury Presence Mobile App, which has its own dedicated login.

Which user roles can log in to the Luxury Presence Mobile App?

Admin, Member, and Guest users can all access the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Why aren't my listings or leads showing in the mobile app?

Your user account may not be linked to an agent profile. Without this link, the app won't show data associated with your agent name. Ask your admin to confirm your user is linked to the correct agent profile in Settings → Users.

Are training sessions recorded?

Yes — recordings of past Presence® Power Hour sessions and other trainings are available on demand at the Luxury Presence Training Center. If you missed a live session, you can watch the recording at any time.
