Overview

This guide walks you through your first steps with the Luxury Presence Mobile App — from logging in to running your first client collaboration.

Step 1: Log in as an agent

  1. Open the app and tap Log in as an agent.
  2. Enter your phone number to access your account.

After logging in, you should see your MLS properties, filters, contacts, and activity synced with your account. If any of this information is missing, email mobileapp@luxurypresence.com to confirm your account is properly connected.

Step 2: Test collaboration before sharing with clients

Before inviting real clients, practice the collaboration flow with a friend or family member.

Make sure your test contact is saved in your phone. If they don't appear in your website dashboard, add them manually in the app first.

Step 3: Add a contact

  1. Go to the Contacts page.
  2. Tap the + in the top-right corner.
  3. Add the contact manually or import from your phone's contacts.

Step 4: Start a collaboration

  1. Open the contact's profile.
  2. Tap Set Up a Search or Send a Property.
  3. Fill in search criteria or select a property.
  4. To collaborate with multiple people, tap Add People under Share With.
  5. Add a personal note in Add a Note — for example, "Welcome to my app!"
  6. Preview the invitation and tap Save & Share.

Step 5: What your client sees

Your contact will receive an invitation by email or text. The link takes them to the app store to download the Luxury Presence Mobile App. After logging in, they'll see the search or property you shared.

Step 6: Practice engagement

Ask your test contact to like, dislike, and comment on listings. Watch how their activity appears in your collaboration view — this is what you'll see when real clients engage with shared content.

Step 7: Roll out to clients

Once you're comfortable with the flow, start sharing searches and properties with clients to boost engagement and stay connected to their home search activity.

What do I do if my MLS properties or contacts aren't showing after I log in?

Email mobileapp@luxurypresence.com to confirm your account is properly connected. Include your name and the email address associated with your Luxury Presence account.

Can I collaborate with multiple clients at once?

Yes. When setting up a search or sending a property, tap Add People under Share With to include multiple recipients.
