How to view contact activity and details in the mobile app

How to use the Activity and Details tabs on a contact profile in the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

Each contact profile in the Luxury Presence Mobile App has an Activity tab showing a timeline of how the contact has engaged with your website, and a Details tab showing their contact information. Both tabs are accessible by swiping or tapping between tabs on any contact profile.

Activity tab

The Activity tab shows a chronological timeline of contact interactions, with the most recent at the top. Timestamps show relative time — for example, 5m (5 minutes ago), 2d (2 days ago), 3mo (3 months ago).

Property activity

When a contact engages with a property on your website, a property card appears showing the image, price, beds, baths, square footage, and address. The card includes an indicator showing the type of interaction:

• Viewed a property — standard property card
• Liked a property — property card with a heart indicator
• Saved a property — property card with a bookmark indicator

Tap any property card to view full property details.

Search activity

When a saved search is created for a contact, the activity entry shows the search title, a summary of criteria (price range, beds, baths), and a small map preview of the search area.

Messages and inquiries

• Messages — displays a preview of conversation content. Tap Show more to expand longer messages
• Property inquiries — shows the property address and the message submitted by the contact

Home valuation activity

When a contact submits a home valuation, the entry shows the property address and estimated value. Tap to expand and view more details.

Note: If a listing has expired, the activity entry shows a placeholder message indicating the listing is no longer active.

No activity yet

If a contact hasn't interacted with your website, the Activity tab displays a message explaining that activity will appear as the contact browses listings, submits inquiries, or engages with your content.

Details tab

The Details tab shows all information on file for the contact and lets you edit most fields directly.

Basic contact information

• Name and contact type (Lead, Active Client, Past Client, Agent, or Other)
• Assigned agent(s) or user(s)
• Tags
• Email addresses
• Phone numbers

Tap any field to edit it. Changes save automatically and sync across the Presence® Platform immediately.

Enriched information

Some contacts include additional background information from third-party data sources — location details, employment or education history, and lead source and campaign information.

Important: Enriched data comes from third-party providers and may not always be current or accurate. Always verify before relying on it. Enriched information cannot be edited.

Contact Score

Note: Contact Score only appears if the feature is enabled on your organization's account. If you don't see it, contact our support team.

If enabled, the Details tab shows an overall contact quality score and the factors contributing to it. Contact Score helps you prioritize which leads to follow up with based on engagement and intent signals. The score is calculated automatically and cannot be manually changed.

What can and can't be edited

• Editable: Name, email, phone, tags, contact type, assigned agents and users.
• Read-only: Enriched information from third-party sources, Contact Score, and any fields restricted by your user role and permissions.

FAQs

Do edits to contact details sync immediately?

Yes. Changes save automatically and sync across the Presence® Platform in real time as soon as you confirm them.

Why don't I see Contact Score in the Details tab?

Contact Score only appears if the feature is enabled for your organization. Contact our support team to learn more:

Can I edit enriched data if it's wrong?

No. Enriched data comes from third-party providers and cannot be edited in the mobile app. If data appears incorrect, update the relevant editable fields (name, email, phone) in the Details tab or add a note to the contact's profile.

What does it mean when a property in the activity timeline shows as expired?

An expired listing placeholder appears when a property the contact previously engaged with is no longer active in the MLS. The activity is preserved in the timeline but the full listing details are no longer available.
