Overview

You can add videos to property listings either by uploading a file directly or by embedding a link from an external platform like YouTube or Vimeo. The recommended maximum file size for direct uploads is 50 MB.

Option 1: Upload a video file directly

The maximum recommended file size for a direct video upload is 50 MB. Videos exceeding this limit may fail to upload or cause errors.

If your file is larger than 50 MB, compress it before uploading using a video editing tool such as iMovie, Final Cut Pro, or a free online video compressor. Reduce the resolution or bitrate until the file is under 50 MB.

Option 2: Embed a video from YouTube or Vimeo

If compressing the file isn't practical, host the video on YouTube or Vimeo and embed the link in the listing:

1. Upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo.
2. Copy the video URL from the platform.
3. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
4. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
5. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
6. Locate the Video field in the listing and paste the URL.
7. Click Save and preview the listing to confirm the video displays correctly.
