How do I show only one agent's testimonials?

How to configure testimonial elements on individual agent pages and meet-the-team profiles to show only that agent's testimonials.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

By default, testimonial elements on your website display testimonials from your full library. To display agent-specific testimonials on an agent page or meet-the-team profile, you can configure the testimonial element to show a custom selection — either by filtering to that agent automatically, or by manually selecting only that agent's reviews.

Step 1: Tag testimonials by agent in the CMS

Before configuring the display, make sure each testimonial in your CMS is tagged with the correct agent:

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. In the left-hand menu, click Content, then select Testimonials.
  3. Open each testimonial and select the correct agent from the Agent field.
  4. Click Save.

Step 2: Add a testimonial element to the agent's page

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. Use the page dropdown to navigate to the agent's profile page or meet-the-team section.
  4. Click Edit in the top-right corner.
  5. Add a testimonial element to the page if one isn't already there.

Step 3: Configure the element to show only that agent's testimonials

  1. Click the testimonial element on the page to select it.
  2. In the left-hand panel, click Filter & Sort.
  3. Use the Agent dropdown to select the agent whose testimonials you want to display.
  4. Click Save to apply your changes.

Your testimonial element now shows only the testimonials tagged to that agent.

Note: The Agent dropdown in Filter & Sort only lets you select one agent at a time. If you need to display testimonials from more than one agent in the same element, use Select testimonials to manually hand-pick them instead.

Tip: You can also manually hand-pick which testimonials appear, instead of filtering by agent. Toggle on Select testimonials in the same panel to choose specific testimonials and set their order. See How to set a custom order for testimonials on your website for the full steps.

FAQs

Can each agent have a completely separate testimonial carousel?

Yes — by adding a testimonial element to each agent's page and filtering it to that agent (or manually selecting their testimonials), each agent can display their own set of testimonials independently.

Will changes to one agent's testimonial element affect others?

No. Each testimonial element is configured independently. Changing the display settings on one agent's page will not affect testimonial elements on other pages.

What's the difference between filtering by agent and using Select testimonials?

Filtering by agent in Filter & Sort automatically shows every testimonial tagged to that agent in the CMS, and updates automatically as new tagged testimonials are added. Select testimonials instead lets you manually hand-pick and reorder a specific set of testimonials — new testimonials won't be added automatically, even if tagged to that agent. Use the Agent filter for a hands-off approach, or Select testimonials when you want full manual control over which reviews appear and in what order.

Can I filter a testimonial element to show more than one agent?

No. The Agent dropdown in Filter & Sort only lets you select one agent at a time. If you want a single testimonial element to show testimonials from multiple agents — for example, on a team page — use Select testimonials instead to manually hand-pick testimonials from each agent you want to include.

I don't see the Agent field when I open a testimonial — what should I do?

Open the testimonial from Content → Testimonials and check the Basic Info tab — the Agent field appears alongside Author, Author Title, and Testimonial Body. If you still don't see it, contact our support team for help.

Can I display agent-specific testimonials from the mobile app?

No. Tagging testimonials by agent, and configuring testimonial elements to filter or select by agent, both happen through the Presence® Platform on desktop. This isn't accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.
