Each property listing supports one directly uploaded video. You can display additional videos using the description field as a workaround.

Primary video upload

• One video per property — uploaded directly to the listing
• Maximum file size: 50 MB
• Recommended format: MP4
• Recommended resolution: 1080p (1920x1200px)
• Recommended length: Under 30 seconds for direct uploads to stay within the file size limit

Adding more videos using the description field

To display more than one video, host additional videos on YouTube or Vimeo and embed them in the property description:

1. Upload your video to YouTube or Vimeo and get the embed code
2. Navigate to the property in Content → Properties
3. Paste the embed code into the Description field
4. Click Save

The embedded video will display within the description on the property detail page.

Why is there a 50 MB limit on direct uploads?

Large video files affect page load speed. For videos larger than 50 MB or longer property tours, hosting on YouTube or Vimeo is recommended — there are no file size limits and the video streams from their servers rather than yours.

Should I use direct upload or YouTube/Vimeo?

For background or looping videos, direct upload works well if the file is under 50 MB. For full property walkthroughs, neighborhood tours, or any video over 30 seconds, YouTube or Vimeo is recommended for better performance and no file size constraints.
