How the Group Listings by Building feature works on the property search map.

Overview

When multiple listings are located in the same building, the Home Search Tool automatically merges them under a single grouped pin on the map instead of showing separate overlapping pins. Clicking the grouped pin reveals all available units within that building.

What it does

Does this feature apply to all property types?

The feature applies to listings in multi-unit buildings where multiple properties share the same address or location coordinates. Single-family homes and properties at distinct addresses continue to display as individual pins.

Does grouping affect how listings appear in search results?

Grouping only affects how listings are displayed on the map. All individual listings remain discoverable — clicking the grouped pin reveals each unit separately.
