How to Add Your Adwerx Retargeting Pixel

How to add your Adwerx retargeting pixel

How to find your Adwerx pixel ID and add it to your website through Site Settings.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

Adwerx is a third-party retargeting advertising platform — it's a separate service from Luxury Presence, and you'll need your own Adwerx account to generate a pixel. Once you have your pixel ID, you can add it directly in your Site Settings — no support request needed. The pixel applies site-wide. If your brokerage has multiple agents with separate Adwerx accounts, each agent must add their pixel to their own subdomain rather than the main site.

Option 1: Individual pixel (no Partner ID)

Use this option if you generated your pixel manually through your own Adwerx account.

How to find your Snippet ID

1. Log in to the Adwerx portal.
2. Go to Settings → Get Retargeting Code.
3. Click Create New Audience and add a name.
4. Once the pixel is created, copy the ID from within the snippet — it's the number in the script URL:

<script src="//pixel.adwerx.com/XXXXX/aa_awp.js"" type="text/javascript"></script>

Copy only the number (XXXXX) — not the full script.
