How to find your Adwerx pixel ID and add it to your website through Site Settings.

Overview

You can add your Adwerx retargeting pixel directly in your Presence® site settings — no support request needed. The pixel applies site-wide. If your brokerage has multiple agents with separate Adwerx accounts, each agent must add their pixel to their own subdomain rather than the main site.

Option 1: Individual pixel (no Partner ID)

Use this option if you generated your pixel manually through your own Adwerx account.

How to find your Snippet ID

  1. Log in to the Adwerx portal.
  2. Go to Settings → Get Retargeting Code.
  3. Click Create New Audience and add a name.
  4. Once the pixel is created, copy the ID from within the snippet — it's the number in the script URL:

Copy only the number (XXXXX) — not the full script.

How to add the pixel to your website

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. Click the three-dots icon in the top navigation bar next to Edit.
  4. Select Site Settings → Tracking IDs.
  5. Paste your Snippet ID into the Account ID field. Leave the Adwerx Partner ID field blank.
  6. Click Save.

Option 2: Team or brokerage pixel (with Partner ID)

Use this option if you're part of a team or brokerage with an Adwerx Partner ID.

How to find your Adwerx Partner ID

Your Adwerx Partner ID is visible at the root of your URL after logging in to the Adwerx portal — for example: portal.adwerx.com/partners/XXXXX. You can also ask your administrator for the ID.

How to find your Adwerx Account ID

  1. Log in to Adwerx.
  2. Go to Settings → Account ID.

How to add the pixel to your website

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click Websites from the left-hand menu, then hover over the site you want to edit and select the pen icon.
  3. Click the three-dots icon in the top navigation bar next to Edit.
  4. Select Site Settings → Tracking IDs.
  5. Paste your Adwerx Partner ID and Account ID into their respective fields.
  6. Click Save.

Does the Adwerx pixel apply to specific pages or the whole site?

The pixel applies site-wide — it cannot be limited to individual pages.

Can multiple agents on the same brokerage site share one Adwerx pixel?

No. If your brokerage has multiple agents with separate Adwerx accounts, each agent must add their own pixel to their individual subdomain — not to the main brokerage site or shared agent pages.

What's the difference between the Snippet ID and the Account ID?

The Snippet ID is the number embedded in your retargeting script URL. The Account ID is found in your Adwerx account settings. If you don't have a Partner ID, use only the Snippet ID (entered in the Account ID field). If you have a Partner ID, use both the Partner ID and Account ID fields.
