How to connect Lofty CRM to your Presence® website

How to set up the Lofty integration to automatically sync leads and activity from your Luxury Presence website into Lofty CRM.

Overview

The Lofty integration syncs leads and activity from your Luxury Presence website directly into Lofty — automatically and in real time, with no manual entry or third-party tools required.

Important: This is a one-way sync only — data flows from Luxury Presence to Lofty. Updates made in Lofty do not sync back to Luxury Presence.

      How to set up the integration

      1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
      2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner, select Settings, then click CRM Integrations.
      3. Click Add New, name your integration, and choose Lofty as the vendor.
      4. In your Lofty account, go to Settings → Integrations and copy your API key.
      5. Paste the API key into your Luxury Presence account.
      6. Select your Lead Ownership Scope — choose how incoming leads from Luxury Presence are assigned in Lofty:
        • Team Routing (Default) — Routes leads to your brokerage's top-level account in Lofty
        • Office Group — Routes leads to the office you belong to in Lofty
        • Assigned to Me — Routes leads directly to your individual Lofty user account
          • Tip: Solo agents should select Assigned to Me. If you're part of a team or brokerage, check with your Lofty admin to confirm the right setting before saving.
      7. Click Save.

      Important: The API key must come from a Company Admin account in Lofty. Using a non-admin API key will prevent the integration from accessing agent profiles and properly tagging leads.

      To find your Lofty Company Admin:

      1. Log in to Lofty.
      2. Go to Settings → My Organization.
      3. Look for someone listed as Company Admin under the Permission Profile column.

      What syncs to Lofty

      The following actions taken on your Luxury Presence website sync to Lofty automatically:

      • Viewed listings
      • Signed up or logged in
      • Saved searches
      • Filled out a form or contact inquiry
      • Favorited a property
      • Requested a showing
      • Downloaded an eBook
      • Requested a home valuation
      • Requested private property access
      • Opted in or out of communication
      • Shared a listing (appears as a generic form submission)
      • Unfavorited a property (appears as a generic form submission)
      • Removed a saved search (appears as a generic form submission)

      Known limitations

      • One-way sync — changes made in Lofty do not sync back to Luxury Presence
      • Saved search email links — if you send saved search emails through Lofty, property and search links will lead to a 404 page. Set up saved searches in your Luxury Presence dashboard instead
      • Lead assignment limit — Lofty supports only one agent and one assistant per lead. If multiple agents are assigned in Luxury Presence, only the first two (matched by email) will be included
      • No historical data — activity that occurred before the integration was set up will not sync to Lofty

        How to access the Presence® dashboard from a Lofty lead profile

        1. Log in to your Lofty account.
        2. Open a lead's profile.
        3. Click View Full Details under the Details section.
        4. Click the Luxury Presence Dashboard link.

        How the link works:

        • For new leads, the link is added to their profile immediately upon first activity
        • For existing leads, the link is added once the lead performs an eligible action — note that "Viewed Property" events do not trigger the link. Actions like "Saved Property" and "Saved Search" do
        • Clicking the link requires you to be logged in to the correct Luxury Presence account and have access to that lead
        • If you see a "Not Authorized" message, contact your team Admin — you may not be assigned to that lead

        FAQs

        Why is the Company Admin API key required?

        The integration requires a Company Admin API key because non-admin keys limit its ability to access Lofty agent profiles and correctly tag incoming leads. Always use the Company Admin's API key to ensure full functionality.

        Which Lead Ownership Scope should I choose?

        Lead Ownership Scope controls how incoming leads from Luxury Presence are assigned in Lofty. Solo agents should select Assigned to Me. If you're part of a team or brokerage, check with your Lofty admin before saving — the right setting depends on how your organization is structured in Lofty.

        What if I don't have access to a lead in Luxury Presence?

        A "Not Authorized" message appears when you click the dashboard link from Lofty if you're not assigned to that lead or don't have Admin access. Contact your team Admin for access.

        Does this integration work with Zapier?

        The Lofty native integration replaces the need for Zapier for most use cases. If you need more advanced routing or custom workflows, Zapier can still be used alongside it. See [CRM integration options for the Presence® Platform] for a comparison.
