How Admin users can build and share organization-wide presentation templates for their team.

Overview

Organization Templates let Admin users create branded, ready-to-use presentation templates that agents can quickly customize for clients. Agents use shared templates — they cannot create new ones.

Note: Only Admin users can create and share templates. Templates must be shared with members before they appear for agents.

How to create and share a template

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Presentations.
3. Click Templates in the top-right corner — this option is visible to Admin users only.
4. Click New Template.
5. Choose a base type — Seller, Buyer, or CMA.
6. Customize the template:
   • Update the theme — colors, fonts, and overall style
   • Add or edit slides to include company information, agent bios, or brand visuals
   • Replace logos and images using the pen icon on each slide — upload a new file, choose from your media library, or select from royalty-free stock
7. Give the template a clear, recognizable name.
8. Click Share with Members.
9. Confirm sharing to make the template available to your organization.

How to customize theme and branding settings

1. Click the paint bucket icon in the top-right corner of the editor.
2. In the Theme Settings panel:
   • Choose Light or Dark theme
   • Adjust brand colors using hex codes or the color picker
   • Select a font pairing — options include Seasons, Mayfair, Whitney, Wayfinder, or Elevation

Note: Custom fonts are not currently supported. Theme and font settings apply globally across all slides in the template.

What agents see

When an agent creates a new presentation, shared organization templates appear under the Templates section. From there, agents can:

• Select a template
• Add client-specific details — name, properties, bio, and more
• Save and share their customized presentation

Agents can fully personalize their presentation but cannot modify or overwrite the original template.

FAQs

Who can create organization templates?

Only Admin users can create, edit, and share organization templates. Agents can use shared templates but cannot create new ones.

What presentation types can I create templates for?

Templates can be built from three base types: Seller Presentation, Buyer Presentation, and CMA (Comparative Market Analysis).

Do agents need to do anything to access a shared template?

No. Once an Admin shares a template with members, it automatically appears in the Templates section when an agent creates a new presentation.

Can agents edit the original template?

No. Agents can customize their own copy of the presentation — adding client-specific details — but cannot modify or overwrite the original organization template.

What if I don't see the Templates option in Presentations?

The Templates button is only visible to Admin users. If you don't see it, your account may have a Member or Guest role. Contact an Admin on your account to request template access.
