Overview

There are two ways to display sold properties on your website — through your MLS feed (if your MLS provides sold data) or by manually adding them in the Presence® Platform.

MLS feed limitations for sold listings

Before relying on MLS sync for sold data, note two important limitations:

• Not all MLS boards provide sold data — some boards only sync active and pending listings
• Only the past two years of sold data syncs — listings sold more than two years ago will not appear through the automated feed regardless of MLS support

Your options for displaying sold listings

Option 1 — Use your MLS feed If your MLS board provides sold data and your feed is configured correctly, sold listings from the past two years will sync automatically. Contact our support team if you're unsure whether your MLS includes sold data or if you believe listings are missing from your feed.

Option 2 — Add listings manually To display sold listings older than two years, or sold listings from an MLS that doesn't provide sold data, add them manually in Content → Properties. See [How to add a property listing to your Presence® website] for instructions.

Why are some of my sold listings missing from my website?

The most common causes are that your MLS board doesn't provide sold data, or the listings sold more than two years ago. If neither applies and you believe recent sold listings are missing, contact our support team to review your MLS feed configuration.

Can I display sold listings older than two years?

Yes — but only by adding them manually. The MLS sync does not include listings sold more than two years ago.
