You can duplicate, rename, or delete any presentation directly from the Presentations page using the three-dots menu.

How to manage a presentation

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Presentations.
3. Hover over the presentation you want to manage and click the three-dots icon.
4. Select an option from the dropdown:
   • Duplicate — creates an identical copy of the presentation. The duplicate appears in your list with the same title and can be edited like any other presentation
   • Rename — type the new name and press Enter to save
   • Delete — permanently removes the presentation from your account

Important: Deleted presentations cannot be recovered. Use Duplicate if you want to preserve the original while making changes for a new client or listing.

Is there a limit to how many presentations I can have?

Can I rename a presentation to the same name as another one?

Yes. Presentation names do not need to be unique — you can have multiple presentations with the same title. Use descriptive names to stay organized.

What's the fastest way to create a new presentation based on an existing one?
