How to change the listing price of a property in Presence®

How to update a property's listing price manually in the Presence® Platform.

Overview

Listing prices for MLS-synced properties update automatically from the MLS. If you need to manually override the price, you'll need to disable MLS sync first. If the Sales Price field is grayed out, the listing is currently syncing price data from the MLS.

How to update the listing price

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Use the search bar to find the property, or click it from the list.
4. Scroll to the Sales Price field and enter the updated amount.
5. Click Save in the top-right corner.

If the Sales Price field is grayed out

The listing is still synced to the MLS. To enable manual editing:

1. Toggle off MLS Sync at the top of the property details page.
2. Click Turn Off Sync in the confirmation pop-up.
3. Return to the Sales Price field and enter the correct price.
4. Click Save.

Important: Disabling MLS sync stops all automatic updates from the MLS for this listing — including price, status, and all other property details. Only disable sync if you intend to manage the listing manually going forward. See [How to edit an MLS-synced property listing in Presence®].

FAQs

Will my price changes appear on my website immediately?

Yes. Once saved, the updated price appears automatically across your website — in featured listings, map search results, and any other elements where the property is displayed.

My price change keeps reverting — what's happening?

If your changes revert, the listing is likely still syncing from the MLS. Check the MLS sync toggle at the top of the property details page. If sync is still enabled, the MLS price will overwrite any manual edits. Disable sync to retain your manual price.

Can I edit the price on a manually added listing without disabling MLS sync?

Yes. Manually added listings are not synced to the MLS, so the Sales Price field is editable at any time without any additional steps.
