Presence® supports a Local Logic Embed Element that lets you display Local Logic's neighborhood insights directly on your website using their official SDKs. The embed can be placed on Property Detail pages and Neighborhood Detail pages.

Important: This feature requires an active, paid Local Logic account and a valid API key. The embed will not work without one. Contact Local Logic directly to purchase a subscription before proceeding.

Important: Luxury Presence provides the placement — Local Logic provides and maintains the content. SDK updates, performance, and maintenance are handled by Local Logic, not Luxury Presence.

What happens if Local Logic updates their SDK?
