How to connect Compass CRM to your Presence® website

How to set up the Compass CRM integration to automatically sync leads from your Luxury Presence website.

Overview

This integration is available to Compass agents only. Once connected, leads and contacts captured through your Luxury Presence website automatically sync to your Compass CRM.

How to connect Compass CRM

  1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
  2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
  3. Select Settings from the menu.
  4. Click CRM Integrations in the left-hand panel.
  5. Click Add New in the top-right corner.
  6. Name the integration Compass CRM.
  7. Select Compass CRM from the provider dropdown.
  8. Enter your Compass email address.
  9. Click Save.

FAQs

Can I use a personal email address instead of my Compass email?

No. Your Compass email is required — it's how the system links your Luxury Presence account to your Compass CRM account.

Does this integration support custom lead routing?

Custom lead routing is not currently supported for the Compass CRM integration. See [CRM integration options for the Presence® Platform] for a full overview of what's supported across integrations.
