How to apply to a public Listing Feed or accept an invitation to a private one.

Overview

There are two ways to join a Listing Feed — applying directly to a public feed or accepting an invitation to a private feed.

Note: This article applies to standard Listing Feeds only — not Brokerage Listing Networks.

How to apply to a public Listing Feed

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Listing Feeds in the left-hand menu.
3. Browse the available public feeds and click the one you want to join.
4. Click Join Feed below the feed details.
5. Write a short message to the lead agent who moderates the feed.
6. Click Submit Application.

Applications are reviewed within 48 hours. If approved, the feed will appear in your Listing Feeds tab.

How to accept an invitation to a private feed

If a lead agent invites you to a private feed:

1. Look for the invitation email from Luxury Presence.
2. Accept the invite to be added as a member.
3. The feed will appear in your Listing Feeds tab once you've been added.

How long does it take to get approved for a public feed?

Applications are typically reviewed within 48 hours by the feed's lead member.

What happens if my application is declined?

Can I join multiple Listing Feeds?

Yes. You can apply to or accept invitations from as many feeds as you'd like.
