How to password protect a page on your website

How to add a password to individual pages to restrict access to private content.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

Page-level password protection lets you secure specific pages while keeping the rest of your site public. Only visitors with the password can access the protected page.

Note: Page-level password protection is not available on agent subdomains, property websites, or other site types.

How password protection works

• If multiple pages share the same password, visitors only need to enter it once per session
• If your site has both a site-wide and a page-level password, only the page-level password is required for access
• The system remembers up to 20 recent passwords — if you're switching between more than 20 protected pages, some passwords may need to be re-entered
• If a property detail page and the property itself are both password protected, visitors will be prompted to enter both passwords
• The password screen is not currently customizable
