How to connect your Cloze CRM to your website

Connect Cloze CRM to your account to automatically sync new leads and website activity, eliminating manual data entry.

Important: This feature is only available on desktop. It is not accessible through the Luxury Presence Mobile App.

Overview

The Cloze CRM integration automatically sends new leads and their website activity from your Luxury Presence site to your Cloze account. This is a one-way integration — data flows from your website to Cloze — so your team can follow up faster without re-entering lead information manually.

This integration is available on all plans: Launch, Brand, Scale, and All In.

What gets synced to Cloze

Once connected, the following is sent to Cloze automatically:

• New leads generated from your website
• Saved searches created by a lead
• Favorited and viewed properties
• Showing requests submitted through your site
• Shared listings and form submissions

Each activity includes a direct link back to the Presence® Platform for easy follow-up.

Note: AI chat conversations, Luxury Presence Mobile App activity, and profile notes are not synced to Cloze.

How to connect Cloze CRM to your account

Connect your account

To connect Cloze CRM to your account, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner of the screen.
3. Select Settings from the menu.
4. Click Integrations, then select Add New.
5. Name the integration (e.g., "Cloze") and select Cloze from the Vendor dropdown.
6. Click Authorize.
7. In the authorization pop-up, confirm the email shown matches the correct account, then approve the connection.

Important: The email used to authorize the integration determines where your leads land in Cloze. Confirm it is correct before approving:

• Solo and team accounts: Whoever authorizes becomes the default lead recipient — leads land in that person's "My People" in Cloze. If leads should go to a specific agent, use that agent's account credentials when authorizing.
• Brokerage accounts: Sign in with an admin or plan administrator account. Leads route to your Shared Audience and assign to agents based on the lead routing rules configured in the Presence® Platform.

8. Once authorized, the integration begins syncing lead data automatically.

Where your leads land in Cloze

The integration detects your Cloze account type automatically and routes leads accordingly:

• Brokerage accounts: New leads go to your Shared Audience, then assign to an agent based on your lead routing rules in the Presence® Platform. Leads submitted through a general contact form stay unassigned.
• Team accounts: Leads go to the "My People" section of whoever connected the integration. You can share a lead with your team using the arrow next to your sub-team name in Cloze.
• Solo agents: All leads go to your "My People" section.

Setting up lead routing

Lead routing rules — such as agent assignment or round robin — are configured in the Presence® Platform, not in Cloze. Because this is a one-way integration, any routing you set in the Presence® Platform carries through to Cloze automatically.

Reassigning a lead

If you reassign a lead in Cloze, that change will not sync back to your Luxury Presence account. To keep records aligned, reassign the lead in both places.

Reassignment permissions are managed in Cloze. If you are unable to reassign a lead there, contact your Cloze account manager to update your permissions.

Disconnect the integration

To disconnect the Cloze integration, navigate to the Presence® Platform, click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner, select Settings, then click Integrations. Click the three-dot icon next to the Cloze integration and select Delete.

FAQs

Will this create duplicate contacts in Cloze?

No, the Cloze integration will not create duplicate contacts. Contacts are matched by email address — if a lead already exists in Cloze, new activity is added to their existing timeline rather than creating a new record.

Will leads I import into my account sync to Cloze?

Leads imported into your Luxury Presence account are not automatically sent to Cloze, to avoid creating duplicates. Import your leads into both systems separately. If an imported lead later becomes active on your website and their email addresses match, the records will link automatically.

What activity doesn't sync to Cloze?

AI chat conversations, Luxury Presence Mobile App activity, and profile notes are not sent to Cloze. All other lead activity — including saved searches, favorited and viewed properties, showing requests, and form submissions — syncs automatically.

How quickly does lead activity appear in Cloze?

Lead activity typically appears in Cloze within a few minutes of occurring on your website.

Can I disconnect the Cloze integration?

Yes, you can disconnect the Cloze integration from the same Integrations page where you set it up. Navigate to the Presence® Platform, click your name or initials in the bottom left-hand corner, select Settings, then click Integrations. Click the three-dot icon next to the Cloze integration and select Delete.
