How to grant domain access to your Cloudflare account

How to grant the Luxury Presence team member access to your Cloudflare account for domain setup and support.

Overview

Sharing access to your Cloudflare account allows the Luxury Presence team to manage domain settings, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot issues directly — without requiring you to be available for every change.

How to grant access

  1. Log in to your Cloudflare account at dash.cloudflare.com/login.
  2. In the left-hand panel, click Members, then click Invite.
  3. In the Invite members field, enter lpaccess@luxurypresence.com and click Add.
  4. Configure the scope and role:

To give access to all domains:

  • Under Scope, set Operator to Include and Type to All Domains
  • Under Account Scoped Roles, select Administrator
  • Click Continue to Summary

To give access to a specific domain:

  • Under Scope, set Operator to Include, Type to A specific domain, and enter the domain name in the Name field
  • Under Account Scoped Roles, select Domain Administrator
  • Click Continue to Summary
  1. Review the summary details and click Invite.
  2. Let our support team know once you've sent the invite so we can confirm access and proceed with setup.

What email should I use when inviting a collaborator?

Use lpaccess@luxurypresence.com — this is the Luxury Presence team account for Cloudflare access management.

Note: This is a different email than those used for GoDaddy (LPdomain@luxurypresence.com) and Wix/Squarespace (domainaccess@luxurypresence.com). Make sure to use the correct email for Cloudflare.

Should I grant access to all domains or a specific domain?

If you want Luxury Presence to manage a single domain, use the specific domain option and select Domain Administrator. If you want us to manage all domains on your account, use All Domains and select Administrator.

What do I do after sending the invite?
