How to grant delegate access to your GoDaddy account

How to grant the Luxury Presence team delegate access to your GoDaddy account for domain setup and support.

Overview

Sharing access to your GoDaddy account allows the Luxury Presence team to manage domain settings, make necessary configurations, and troubleshoot issues directly — without requiring you to be available for every change.

How to grant access

  1. Go to your GoDaddy Delegate Access page. You may be prompted to sign in.
  2. In the People who can access my account section, click Invite to Access.
  3. Fill in the invitation form:
  4. For Access level, select Products & Domains.
  5. Click Invite.
  6. Let our support team know once you've sent the invite — and include which GoDaddy account the domain is listed under.

What email should I use when inviting a collaborator?

Use LPdomain@luxurypresence.com — this is the Luxury Presence team account for domain access management.

Note: This is a different email than the one used for Wix and Squarespace access (domainaccess@luxurypresence.com). Make sure to use the correct email for GoDaddy.

What access level should I select?

Select Products & Domains. This gives our team the access needed to configure domain settings without full account access.

Why does Luxury Presence need GoDaddy access?
