How to share a listing to a Listing Feed in Presence®

How to add properties to a Listing Feed manually or while editing a property in the CMS.

Overview

You can share a property to a Listing Feed in two ways — from the Listing Feeds tab or while creating or editing a property in the Content section.

Note: This article applies to standard Listing Feeds only — not Brokerage Listing Networks.

Option 1: Share from the Listing Feeds tab

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. Click Listing Feeds in the left-hand menu.
3. Select the feed you want to add properties to.
4. Click Manage Properties.
5. Use the search bar to find listings.
6. Click a property to select it — selected properties will be highlighted or checked. Click again to deselect and remove a property from the feed.
7. Click Save to confirm your changes.

Optional — Sync all eligible properties: Toggle Sync all eligible properties to automatically add all properties in your account that meet the feed's criteria. New eligible properties will be added to the feed automatically going forward.

Option 2: Share while editing a property

1. Navigate to the Presence® Platform.
2. In the left-hand menu, click Content to expand the submenu, then select Properties.
3. Click the property you want to manage.
4. Confirm an agent is associated with the listing — this is required to share it to a feed.
5. Scroll to the Listing Feeds section.
6. Select which feeds to share the property to.
7. Click Save in the top-right corner.

Optional — Auto Share: Toggle Auto Share to All Feeds to automatically send this property to all current and future feeds you join.

FAQs

What's the difference between "Sync all eligible properties" and "Auto Share to All Feeds"?

Sync all eligible properties (set at the feed level) automatically adds all account properties that meet the feed's criteria to that specific feed. Auto Share to All Feeds (set at the property level) automatically sends that individual property to every feed you're part of — current and future.

Why can't I share a property to a Listing Feed?

A property must have an agent associated with it before it can be shared to a feed. Open the property in Content → Properties, assign an agent, and save before attempting to share.

Does removing a property from the feed delete it from my CMS?

No. Deselecting a property from a feed only removes it from that feed — the property remains in your CMS and on your website.
